We offer trade services and bulk discounts to all trade professionals including, but not limited to: interior designers, developers, dealers, architects, hospitality, event planners and event designers.

We also offer wholesale discounts for retailers (both brick and mortar and online), distributors, and resellers.

We require all Trade & Wholesale members to be actively operating in related industries (design, architecture, event management, hospitality, and retail professionals). We verify by asking for your company website, or if unavailable, we will follow up to ask for additional verification.

Everyone is welcome to open an account and receive access to the product catalog and exclusive offers, however,  we have a minimum order quantity of 5 units per item in order to receive a 20% discount.

Placing an order with your Trade and Wholesale account is easy! Just login to your Cera Cera Trade & Wholesale account to view the catalog.

For orders with standard shipping (30-40 days), you may place your order directly on our website and pay via credit card. Discounts will be reflected automatically.

For expedited shipping options, sample requests, or custom orders, place your order via Order Request on the Cart page. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for a response. 

To order a sample, simply place your order as an “Order Request” at checkout and select the option to request a sample.

Please note that sample lead times are about 1- 2 weeks. We will confirm the sample lead time and feasibility for your complete order need-by date.

We offer samples at retail cost, which will be credited back to you once you place an order.

For orders under $5000, we require full payment to place the order.

For orders over $5000, we can offer 50% due to place the order, and 50% due within 10 days of product arrival.

For orders placed directly on our website, standard shipping lead times are generally about 30-40 days unless stated otherwise.

For large project orders or orders for events, your dedicated agent will work with you on establishing lead times, from packing at the factory, to transit dates, to delivery at project or event site.

To get an estimated lead time for your specific project, place your order via Order Request on the checkout page and we will work with your need by date to advise on best shipping options and pricing.

Standard shipping is 30-40 days and is priced as follows:

$0-300: $30 flat rate
$301-800: $60 flat rate
$800-2000: $80

For orders above $2000, we will provide a shipping quote.

Expedited shipping will be quoted upon request.

For any items damaged during transit, we can offer a replacement or a refund by your choice.

We do not offer refunds on our Trade & Wholesale orders. We recommend ordering a sample to ensure the quality and fit of the product is right for your project.
